Since 2011, die cast division (Emmel Vheelers) is supplying a range of precise, quality, machined Aluminum components to automotive & engineering industry as a one stop solution.

Today the die cast division is having a complete setup to deliver a finish Aluminum die-cast component, with machining, surface treatment and sub-assembly.

At present, 1200 tons castings are produced annually.

Facilities :

• 15 Nos. Die-casting machines from 120 ton to 850 tons.
• Surface treatment like - Alodine & Zinc chromating.
• Machining & testing facility with CNCs, SPMs & CMM.
• Lab with Spectro, Thermal imager and other facilities.
